Microsoft Celebrate
Microsoft Celebrate is an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate our FY23 top performers from organizations with sales teams—recognizing them for the significant impact they made on our business, our customers, and our partners.
FY23 winners from the following award programs will be recognized:
- Platinum Club
- Top Sub & Top Team
- Gold Club
- Champion
Platinum Club, Gold Club, and Top Sub/Top Team winners will be recognized during Microsoft Celebrate. Details included below:
Platinum Club is the premier award program at Microsoft recognizing and rewarding individuals who consistently perform at the highest level and directly contribute to the company’s success. Winners are influential leaders who have surpassed expectations by going above and beyond. This club represents the ongoing commitment to recognizing its finest contributors and reflects the value Microsoft places on its peak performers. This award program offers three categories: Pinnacle, Outstanding Achiever, and Top Attainment.
Top Sub/Top Team is an area/organization award that recognizes the top performers in a select category based on the highest-ranking results, including scorecard, financial, and other measures. The competition rules are designed to reinforce balanced financial and scorecard performance where all members of the competition have a chance to succeed. Top Sub/Top Team winners will be announced during Microsoft Celebrate.
Gold Club rewards individuals who perform, transform, and contribute to the overall success and growth of Microsoft. Winners are awarded by area or organization in two categories: Gold Club Choice or Gold Club Attainment. Congratulations to our FY23 Gold Club winners! Visit the Winner Showcase for winner details.
The quarterly Champion Award program recognizes and rewards Microsoft employees who demonstrate exemplary behavior by competing with a growth mindset, winning transformation deals as One Microsoft, prioritizing customer and partner success, and engaging in positive partner co-selling.
